Lucent Technologies SYSTIMAX GigaSPEED solution is
the most important development in structured cabling
since SYSTIMAX introduced the Category 3 solution
in the late 1980's. GigaSPEED was developed to provide
the best channel performance on the market today in
anticipation of emerging bandwidth intensive applications
such as Gigabit data transmission, multimedia, shifting
LAN traffic patterns and the use of Network Computers.
We have
extensive expertise in the area of fibre optics, both
multi mode and single mode. Our team has been involved
in some of the largest fibre optic designs in New
Zealand.
Base building infrastructure as part of major high-rise
building projects requires specialist network installations
for telecommunications services. BCS provide extensive
consulting services to ensure our customers achieve
comprehensive communications cabling network coverage,
in order to maximise the future flexibility of their

BCS customers are provided with a comprehensive operating
manual upon commissioning of their structured cabling
solution. The manual including vendor Product Warranty
and Application Assurance, is designed to provide
our client with a written set of system specifications
that details the types of applications the design
will support and to what limits. Full sets of network
outlet drawings are provided along with schematic
diagrams depicting campus network infrastructure.
